Lola Collins, 85, of Rossville, GA passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014.

She was retired from the Fort Oglethorpe Kmart where she was the deli manager.  She was of the Protestant faith and loved reading and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elford Nelson Collins, parents, Eurby and Betty Parkerson, brothers, Cordell, Odell and Charles Parkerson.

Survivors include her daughter, Sherry (Mark) Hogan, sister, Reba Kent, grandchildren, Stoney, David (Amanda), Drew, Micah and Katie, great-grandchildren, Breanna, Haven, Starr and Brady, great-great-granddaughter, Raelynn and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Bro. David E. Jones and Micah Meisburg officiating.  Burial will follow at the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
