Otsie Odel Pitman, 95, of Flintstone, GA passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

She was a member of Lookout Baptist Church and loved flowers, hummingbird and spending time with her precious family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Hattie Shannon, sisters, Eula Davis, Lennon Shannon, Stella Smithy and Roxie Mashburn, brothers, Dee Hampton and Thamer Hampton.

Survivors include her husband, L. H. Pitman, Jr., sons, Robert (Betty) Burrell, William (Brenda) Burrell, Ben (Cheryl) Pitman and Joe Pitman, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Life Choice Hospice and Siskin Hospital Subacute Nursing Staff and Therapists for their kind and compassionate care.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lookout Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Burns officiating.  Burial will follow at the Highpoint Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
