Richard R. McGinness, 71, formerly of Rock Spring, GA passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 in Conroe, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Sylvia McGinness.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and William Haggard, niece, Dr. Courtney (Rodney) Wellman and nephew, Kevin (Kristi) Haggard.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Spring Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
