Sharon Magin, 69, of Rossville passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area, retired in 2006 from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee with 11 years of service, and was a member of the Woodland Park Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Johnson and Lillie Kidwell Johnson; brothers, Clinton Johnson and Wendell Johnson; sister, Clariese Martin.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Thomas Magin; daughter, Kimberly (Terry) Holman of Ringgold; step-daughters, Lisa (Ronnie) Locke of Ringgold and Tina Rogers of Ringgold; sister, Joyce (Tom) Johnson Bendowski of Tampa, FL; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:30a.m. in the South Crest Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
