Every time I pass the bakery, I get a little weepy. I've only been part of the neighborhood for 20 years.....but Lands was a large part of those years. Mr Lands will be missed so much. Mrs Lands also. We used to talk because my brother was a very dedicated business man also. God bless the entire Lands family. You are all in our hearts and prayers. Love. Brenda Sadler

We sure are gonna miss him .me and my daughter came in almost every single day to buy his donuts ,pies,bisquits, cookies , EVERYTHING . we called him the magic man ..we love you guys and hope you know what you all meant to us .we sure do miss all of you at lands ....so sad .God bless!!

Eddie was a big part of my life growing up. I remember many mornings when my Dad and I would stop for a bisquit on the way to school. I grew up around Eddie and he always was so kind and humorous. The Love he showed to our family through the years has always stuck with me. He helped a lot of people and had a big heart! Me and Momma will miss him greatly and we know that he's now enjoying seeing his Lord and Savior as well as Family and Friends who have went before him. Prayers for the Family and our Sympathy!

Where do I start... Eddie was such a great man..one of the kindest men I ever knew. My dad isn't in my life and Eddie just kinda took over that roll for me. He lectured me, told me all his childhood stories, ask about my family every single day, told me about all his favorite movies and oldie songs,brought my kids treats(their favorite chips).. In other words, everything a dad would do..I was honored to get to spend last remaining few years of his life with him. You go rest high on that mountain Eddie Lands and know you were so so loved!
