Peggy Mullis “Nana”, 74 of East Ridge went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23, 2015 at her residence.  She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and East Ridge area where she had attended Hickory Valley Baptist Church.  She retired from Olan Mills with over 19 years of service.  Her passions in life were her family who she loved and sacrificed for.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mullis; parents, Jessie and Loyd Johnson; son, Perry Mullis; several sisters; and a brother.

Survivors include her children, Lisa (Troy) McRae and Marty (Summer) Mullis; sisters, Lorraine Duncan and Geraldine Brock; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday at 11a.m. in the South Crest Chapel.

Inurnment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
