Phyllis Ann Smith Campbell, 80, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Miracle Lighthouse Church of God for 25 years and she loved singing, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was a supporter of the Paralyzed Veteran of America, and the Father Flanagan’s Boys Home, and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jake Campbell, daughter, Sharon Hornbuckle, grandsons, John Davis & Phillip Hester, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Karen Dykes, Wilma (Lee) Griffith, & Pat Hicks; sister, Carolyn (Robert) Trimble; grandchildren, Sherry (Tim) Dover, Kimberly Beavers, Randy Ellison, Danny (Michelle) Ellison, Robbie (Chrissy) Wright, Jason Ford, and Katie Tucker; several great and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Hank Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
