Randolph “Randy” Isley, Jr., 73, of Chickamauga, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in a local hospital.

Randy was a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a master’s degree in Business Administration.  He was the owner of Isley Knitting Mills and also with Unity Construction as a general contractor.  Randy was a member of St. Mark’s Reform Church in Elon, North Carolina, enjoyed off-shore fishing, snow skiing, being a pilot, scuba diving and hunting.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Randolph & Clara Isley, and son, Rand Isley.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-one years, Cindy Isley; son, Adam Isley; daughters, Blayne Chenoweth & Elayne Isley; step-daughters, Kimberly (Matt) Bates & Cheryl (Sean) Miller; grandchildren, Jason & Joshua Chenoweth, Clara Isley, and Aaron, Alex & Emma Miller.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 14th at 2:00 p.m. at the Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Jon Bemis officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon until the service hour at the church.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017 at St. Mark’s Reform Church in Elon, North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene Teens.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
