Ruth Marie Guinn, 85, of Ringgold, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Guinn was a longtime member of Scott Memorial Church of God and retired from McKee Bakery following twenty years of service.  She loved being in the outdoors, working in her yard and spending time with friends.  Mrs. Guinn was preceded in death by her parents, Carrol & Dessie Ruth Denton, husband, Donald C. Guinn, one sister and four brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah (Randy) Carter; son, Timothy Guinn; grandson, Bradley Guinn; sister-in-law, Claris Denton; honorary daughter and son-in-law, Vicki & Henry Cannon.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Chaplain Mark Scott officiating.  Interment will be held on Sunday at Mynot Cemetery in Cherokee, Alabama.
