I met Sandra only once, but I heard about Sandra almost every day from my sister Maria Kulakov. When my sister spent a year in the hospital with her son, awaiting a heart transplant, Sandra was a pillar in my sister's life. Whenever Sandra heard of someone in need or suffering, she always went above and beyond trying to make their life a bit easier. Her love and compassion for all the living creatures made a huge impact on those around her. Even though Sandra is no longer with us, she will forever live in our hearts.

To all of Sandra's family: I am very sorry for your loss. But, please take comfort in knowing Sandra suffers no more and now is enjoying her reward for being a good and faithful servant of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. We will see her again when we are called home as well. I knew Sandra for almost 25 years since my student internship at Erlanger. She was always a great friend and coworker.
