Amanda “Manda” L. McKeehan Butler, 33 of Rossville, GA passed away Sunday, April 18th, 2021 in a local hospital.
Amanda was born in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA and spent her life in the North Georgia area. She graduated in the 2006 class of Lakeview Ft. Oglethorpe High School. Amanda was a dedicated longtime employee of MAPCO. She was a hard worker who was very intelligent and was good at figuring things out. Amanda enjoyed taking trips out of town with her husband, especially to the beach, playing with her cats, and most of all spending time with her nephews. She was very outgoing, bold, strong-willed, meant what she said, honest, and had a big heart. Amanda was passionate about those she loved and will always be remembered for her love.
Amanda was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Nancy McKeehan; mother-in-law, Donna Johnson; and aunt, Cindy Hayes.
Survivors include her husband, Casey Butler; parents, Donna and Jimmy Bishop; siblings: Michael McKeehan (Johanna), Billy (Martha) Bishop, and Timothy and Shane Evans; nieces and nephews: Attics, Sid, Katie, Taylor, and Brady; grandfather, Derrell (Joyce) McKeehan; aunts: LeeAnn (Kenny) Visage, Annette Hernandez, and Tamela Evans Maness; paternal grandmother, Frances Evans; great uncle, Stan (Linda) McKeehan; great aunt, Judy Casey; and many close friends and coworkers.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at 2:30pm in the Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
