Arnold Danny Foley, III, 68, of Rossville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Foley was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was the recipient of several commendation medals, including the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He was employed with Wheland Foundry / Stemco Motor Wheel with 45 years of service, and was a member of I.B.E.W. local #175. Mr. Foley attended Chattanooga Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going to the beach, and trips to Kentucky to visit friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold Foley, Jr., & Irene Mitchell Foley, and sister, Denise Foley.
Survivors include his loving wife, Susan Foley; children, John Michael Haddock, Shone (Joe) Waite, Tim (Angela) Ripper, Shane (Stacey) Foley, and Daniel (Amber) Foley; grandchildren, Madison Ripper, Kyla Foley, Gabby Waite, Benjamin Foley, and Graham Waite; sister, Donna Sue (Bobby) McDaniel; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30pm in the South Crest Chapel with interment to follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and all day Sunday at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
