Charles Edward Wood, Sr., 68, of Rossville, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Wood was a member of the Church of the Nativity-Episcopal and the East Ridge Masonic Lodge #755 F&AM. 

Survivors include his wife, Laura Kennedy Wood; children, Charles Edward, Jr.  (Angela) Wood & Jaime (Jason) Jackson; grandchildren, Savannah, Dylan, & Caleigh Jackson; sister, Phyllis (Ralph) Stallings; brothers, Chester (Becky) Wood & Doug (Tricia) Wood; brother-in-law, Tom Sanders; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Book of Remembrance @Church of the Nativity-Episcopal, 1201 Cross Street, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA  30742.

A memorial service will be held 11:00a.m., Tuesday, August 8th, at the Church of the Nativity-Episcopal.  Please share expressions of sympathy at lane-southcrestchapel.com.
