Charlotte (Griffey) Brown

Charlotte Griffey Kelly-Brown, 83 of Rossville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2023, at a local Health Care.

Charlotte was born June 26, 1940, to the late John E. Griiffey, Sr. and Opal Griffey.  She was a graduate of Rossville High School and worked for Cutter Laboratories for many years.

She was very friendly and caring.  She liked spending time with family, friends and cherished her pet dog Sally.  Charlotte was an avid reader, she subscribed to many books and magazines.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husbands Bobby Kelly and Travers Brown III, siblings, Gary, Judy, and Marilyn.

Survivors are her daughter Lisa, brother & sister-in-law John, Jr.  & Jackie Griffey,  sister-in-law, Irma Griffey, sister & brother-in-law, Ann & Randy Franklin and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, November 19, 2023, in the Chandler Cemetery in Calhoun, GA. with Chaplin Bryan Austin with Caris Health Care officiating.
