Christy Marie Faulkner

 Christy Faulkner, 43, formerly of Rossville passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018.  Christy was a native of Forsyth, GA, had lived most of her life in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area, and was currently living in Gonzales, LA.  Christy loved life and she had a servant’s heart.  Her love for others was shown in her eagerness to help in any way she could.  Her passions in life were her daughters and her granddaughter.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, David Parker; and brother, Chad McMichael.

Survivors include her three daughters, Britaney Faulkner of Ringgold, Hailey Davis of Chickamauga, and Hannah Davis of Rossville; fiancé, Donnie Bayonne of Gonzales, LA; father, Stanley Faulkner of Huffman, TX; mother, Cynthia Parker of Matthews, VA; three brothers, Joshua Swanson of Chickamauga, Joseph Swanson of Matthews, VA, and Dameon Swanson of Ringgold; sister, Brandee Swason of Rossville; granddaughter, Adalynn Crabtree; her Yorkie, Tator-tot; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00a.m. in the South Crest Chapel.

A private interment will be in the Jackson City Cemetery in Jackson, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday from 4-8p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville
