Deborah “Debbie” Marcella Page passed away peacefully on January 17, 2023, at the age of 63.
Debbie was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga. She was a graduate of Kirkman Technical High School and spent her early career years at C D Genter before moving to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. She retired from Blue Cross after 25 years. Following her retirement in her 50s, she earned her degree in accounting.
She is survived by her three daughters, Kelly (Jeremy) Land, Holly Page, and Lindsey (Toby) Mize; three grandchildren, Ethan, Kinleigh, and Sawyer; former spouse, Stanley R Page; brother, Frank “Frankie” (Amanda) Melville; “sisters” Kathy (Greg) Pepoy, and Becky (Butch) Bryson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Page; brother, James “Jimmy” Melville; parents, Charles and Barbara Melville; and grandparents, Frank and Mary Barnes.
The family would like to thank the Heart Failure Management Unit on the 3rd floor of Erlanger Baroness, Kathy Williamson and Calvin Hall, PA from NNICU, and Hospice of Chattanooga for taking care of her in her final days. They would also like to especially thank NHC of Fort Oglethorpe for being Debbie’s primary caretakers for the last 15 months of her life.
The family will receive friends from 5pm until 8pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, at 2pm with Darrell Davenport officiating. Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, Rossville.
