Debra Kay “Debbie” Brown, 67, of Rossville passed away, Monday, August 1, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. Mrs. Brown was a native of Knoxville and had lived in Rossville for the past 44 years. She was a graduate of Fulton High School and she retired Continue Care as a Home Health CNA. She loved her family dearly; she enjoyed spending time with friends; and she appreciated the beauty of flowers.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Young; father, Frank Daniels; brother, Frankie Daniels; paternal grandparents, Margaret and Major Daniels; maternal grandparents, Ada and John Sutton; and her first husband, Lynn Heath.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph Edward Brown; children, Tonya Black, Marcus Brown, and Butch Brown; grandchildren, Adam Wycuff, Kayla Brown, and Dylan Brown; great granddaughter, Lily Wycuff; sister, Lynda Spitzer and Tammy Cook; brother, Rodney Daniels; sisters; Jean (Frank) Rose and Susie (Don) Chamberlain, sister-in-law, Barbara Joyce Ealy, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery located at 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 at 2 pm with the Rev. Mike Gregg officiating.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 8, 2022 from 6 until 8 pm at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
