Louise Cofer

Edna Louise Cofer, 69, of Chattanooga passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022 at a local hospital.  Mrs. Cofer was a native of West Virginia and had lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area.  She was a past member of the Greens Lake Road Church of Christ and retired in 2003 for the daycare at South Seminole Baptist Church with ten years of service.  Mrs. Cofer was a selfless, caring and giving lady who loved her family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Cofer; and mother, Edna Cotten.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Tommy Harris; and granddaughter, Christina Harris, all of Birchwood, TN.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Minister James Lewis officiating.

Interment will follow in the TN-GA Memorial park.

The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
