Eldon Mullins, 81, of Rossville, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 1, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his family.  Mr. Mullins was born on the 2nd day of August 1936 to the late Willie and Charles Mullins of Flintstone, GA.  Mr. Mullins spent most of his career in the plate glass industry as a glazier and later on as an estimator in the Chattanooga area.  He married Mary Charlotte Petty on April 22, 1954 and together they raised three daughters.  Mr. Mullins was heavily involved in their activities.  He loved to watch his girls play softball and he also coached some of their teams throughout the years.  Mr. Mullins was a member of Bible Baptist Church where he was able to share his passion for music, playing his guitar, and singing.  He loved spending time with his family.  Nothing made him happier than his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Mr. Mullins enjoyed the beach and he understood that it was not solely about the destination but it was also about the journey he loved so much.  Mr. Mullins left and impact on everyone he met.  He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Charles Gibson; brother, Billy C. Mullins and grandson Jonathan Wall.
