Genevieve Lee Glander, my sweet mama, 97 of Rossville, slipped into her eternal rest on Thursday, May 9th, 2019 at 5pm, her work now finished. Her loving family was with her as she passed, she was at peace and ready to meet her Lord.

There were no children from this marriage however, Alan had two grown children at the time from his first marriage: Jerry Glander and Jean Glander Seigle.

I would like to especially thank my Aunts Florence Bare and Janet Georgette for looking out for and helping my sweet mama and Alan while they were living in Sun City, CA and Jerry and Nani for taking care of them in Hawaii. I really appreciate all you did for them. I also want to say a special thank you to my husband, Larry, for helping and supporting me in the care of my mother during the time she lived with us. Also, thanks to Daniel for visiting her as often as he could.

There will be no services or visitation at this time. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN and my sweet mama will be laid to rest beside her first husband and father of her children, Oscar H. Lee.
