Glenda Gale Harris, 61, of Chattanooga went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 6, 2019.  She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga graduating from Kirkman High School in 1976.  Following graduation she received a Bachelor’s degree from UTC in Human Resources and Business Management.  Gale was a member of the Chattanooga New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church and her passions in life were God, her family, Autism Awareness and she loved the song “Lions” by Skillet.  She was a wonderful mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Lon “Troy” Kennedy; and mother, Pat Casson.

Survivors include her son, Zachary Harris (Renee Wilson); step-daughter, Melissa Harris (Joey Garner); sisters, Beverly (James) Davis, Teresa (Nathan) Blalock, Donna Rice, Nichole Kennedy, and Lori Kennedy (Brandon Bachant); brother, Jeremy Kennedy; step-mother, Karen Kennedy; grandchildren, Landon and Brayden; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
