Glenn Locke, 87 of Ringgold, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 in his home.
Glenn was born in Princeton, Al, but lived most of his life in the North Georgia and East Ridge, TN areas. He was an Army veteran and retired from Dupont. He enjoyed running, especially half marathons, riding his bicycle, teaching neighborhood kids how to ride a bicycle, and riding motorcycles. Glenn was a jack of all trades who loved to garden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ethel Locke.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Girti Locke; sisters, Connie Hambrick and Margaret (Paul) Henshaw; sisters-in-law, Novella Matthews, Edith York, and Rachel Dietz; brothers-in-law, Winford Crabtree and Gene Dietz; nephews, Kyle Henshaw, Trey Henshaw, Keith (Lisa) Henshaw, Connor Covington, and Will Convington; niece, Barbara Covington; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside services will be held, Thursday at 1pm in the Lakewood Memory Gardens South with Chaplain Neil Brown officiating.
