Hazel A. Johnson

Hazel Arminda Johnson, 70 of Decherd, TN passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Johnson loved to read her Bible and was a member of Owl Hollow Church of Christ. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, paying with her dogs, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Elfonzo “Ervin” Johnson.

Survivors include her daughters, Tamala Archey and Amy Johnson; son, James Johnson; grandsons, T.J.(Haley)Boyd, Michael Boyd, Patrick Archey, Thomas and Curtis; great-grandsons, Marshall Boyd and Saban Boyd; brother, Kenneth(Betty) Ramay; sister, Margaret (John) Cotham; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 15th at 1:00pm in the South Crest Chapel with Minister Danny Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
