Janieve Payne "Jan" McCormick

Mrs. Janieve Payne “Jan” McCormick age 80, of Chickamauga, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Mrs. McCormick was born in Ider, AL, on June 22, 1941, the daughter of the late Gordon Chester Payne and Artherine Edmondson Payne. She retired from Hutcheson Medical Center after over thirty years of service. Mrs. McCormick enjoyed painting. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Worley.

Survivors include a daughter, Angela Holcomb (Michael); three grandsons, Scott Holcomb (Brooke), Barry Willingham (Angel), and Kevin Willingham (Kimberly); twelve great-grandchildren; and a brother, Rickey Payne (Ann). Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside and inurnment services will be on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm at  Lafayette Memory Gardens.
