Jaxon “Jax” Chase Langston, 8 months, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, December 31, 2017.

Jax was an angel too perfect for this world and will be missed by his mother, Jordan and his loving family. His smile could light up a room and melted the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Survivors include his mother, Jordan Elizabeth Smith, father, Justin Chase Langston, grandparents, Sharee (Chris) Smith, Cody (Susie) Smith, Tiffany Smith and Shane Langston, aunts and uncles, Justin Durham, Jackson Smith, Sadie Smith, Jolene Aliza, Allexus Langston, Paige Taylor and Josh Langston, special aunts and uncles, Jessica (Pat) Johnson and Skye (Luke) Sprinz and several cousins, half-brother, Ayden Langston

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Gary Jared officiating. Interment will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the service hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
