Jerry Thomas Rozzell, 73, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Jerry was born on November 30, 1945 in Doyle, Tennessee to the late James and Mattie Rozzell. Jerry worked at Hubbuch Glass from 1968 to 2005 and he retired from Automatic Doors of Chattanooga in 2018. He was a United Air Force Veteran serving in Vietnam for five years. Jerry was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and was currently attending Catoosa Baptist Tabernacle in Ringgold. His passions in life were God, his family, and working.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Frank Rozzell.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Stella Anderson Rozzell; children, Tammy (Jack) Dobbins, Robbie Carlton, and Kim Carlton; brother, Jack Rozzell; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Jim Bennett, Reverend Jackie Swanson, and Reverend Justin Gazaway officiating.
Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors. Whittney Dyer, Michael Pack, Aaron Windmon, Joey Frazier, Jeff Collins, and Nick Culpepper will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
