Jerry Lee “J.R.” Rash, 62 of Rossville, GA formerly of Lubbock, TX passed away Saturday, August 28th, 2021.
Jerry spent most all of his life in Texas and was of the Protestant faith. He worked for many years as a welder with Scotts Manufacturing and thoroughly enjoyed his job. Jerry loved to ride his Honda Goldwing whenever he could. He loved to weld even off the job site and his creativity and ingenuity was unmatched. Jerry could build and customize anything. He was creative, inventive, stubborn, but had a great sense of humor. Jerry will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Burl and Aileene Rash.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Annah Rash; children, Matthew Smith, Dora Arce, and April Brummet; grandchildren, Mikayla Arce, Alyssa Jackson, and Patience Smith; great granddaughter, Alexandria Bachoffer; uncle, Richard (Shirley) Rash; and many friends.
