Jimmy W. Hudgins

Jimmy Washington Hudgins, 75, left us on November 27, 2022, at Pruitt Health Nursing Home-Toccoa, GA.  Jimmy was born on February 22, 1947, in Macon, GA to the late Laurmon and Ruth Hudgins.  His personal interests included family, working on cars, and fishing.  His charm, since of humor, and smile brightened rooms as well as people’s lives.  Jimmy will be lovingly remembered and missed.

Jimmy is survived by his sons, Douglas (Nikki) Hudgins and Phillip (Kerri) Hudgins; brother, Sammy (Lynn) Hudgins; and a host of nieces and nephews.  He spent his latest years in the company of his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Dennis Chambers officiating.

Interment will follow in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Monday from 12 noon until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
