JoAnn Hood

JoAnn Hood 79 of Fort Oglethorpe, GA passed away Sunday January 20, 2019 in a local hospital.

JoAnn was born in Chattanooga and was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. She thoroughly enjoyed    her job at Christy’s Restaurant but, her passion in life was spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Mattie Campbell.

Survivors include her son, Rodney (Tracey) Hood; daughter, Kim Hood; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
