JoAnne (Hipp) Wall

We are sad to announce the passing of Joanne Elizabeth Hipp Wall of Rossville, GA.  On November 24, 2022 at the age of 91, her soul joined that of her late husband, Jack Thomas Wall.

She is predeceased by her parents, Walter Roy Hipp and Eva Louise Fields Hipp, brother Billy Hipp, and grandson Jonathan Wayne Wall.

Joanne was a member of Lakewood First Baptist Church.  After raising three sons, she managed a Kroger deli until she retired at age 58.  Joanne is survived by her three sons, Chester Franklin Wall of Kennesaw, GA, Wayne Thomas Wall of Kennesaw, GA, and Kenneth Gerald Wall of Ft. Myers, FL.  Joanne was a beloved grandmother of seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Services will be held at Lane Funeral Home and Crematory South Crest Chapel in Rossville, GA on Tuesday, November 29 at 11:30 am.

The family will receive friends at Lane Funeral Home and Crematory South Crest Chapel from 10 am until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
