Joseph Brooks Gunn

Joseph Brooks Gunn, infant son of Maggie Gunn and River Henry passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022.  Brooks was with us for only a short time of 4 hours and 4 minutes but his love will remain with us forever.

Brooks was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents Hughlon Eugene and Virginia Jo Gunn, and uncle Rocky Joseph Trammell.

Survivors include his mother, Maggie Gunn; father, River Henry, maternal grandparents, Fred and Jerri Gunn; paternal grandparents, Cindie Davis and Philip Henry; maternal great grandparents, Hubert and Jane Hulsey and David Elders; paternal great grandparents, Donna Lewis, Leonard (Lori) Henry, and Linda Henry; aunts and uncles, Rachel Gunn, Thaed Gunn, Kaelynn Hankins, Kaden Trammell, Jason Elders, and Kurston (Colton) Feagans; and numerous cousins.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1:00p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Matthew Daniel and James Dunwoody officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday one hour prior to the service at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
