Juanita Madaris (Wilson) Bond

Juanita M. Bond, 96 of East Ridge went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 in a local healthcare facility.

Juanita was born in Chickamauga and lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area. She graduated from Central High School and was a member of the Hickory Valley Christian Church. Juanita worked for many years in the Rossville dress shops including: Personality, JoAnn, the LaDean Shop, and also worked at Kingwood Pharmacy.  She loved gospel music,  to shop, take care of her yard, spend time with her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Callie Wilson; husbands, Lebron Madaris and Victor Bond, Sr.; sister, Bernice Phelps, and infant brother.

Survivors include her daughter, Priscilla (Tom) Williams; grandchildren, Dawn Geyer (Jeff) Sizemore and Jeremy (Nikki) Geyer; great-grandchildren, Lauren Geyer, Chelsey Sizemore, Andrea (Adam) Durrence, Jessica Sizemore, Jered Geyer, Trey (Courtney) McElroy; two great-great grandchildren; and several nephews.  

Graveside services will be held, Monday, May 20th at 2pm in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, South with Senior Minister Gary Armes officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:30-1:30pm in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
