Kirk Samsel

Mr. Kirk Samsel, 68, of Flintstone, GA went home to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, August 6, 2020. He was a life resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. He retired from the Walker County Board of Education. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, raising roosters, and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh “Burl” and Nora Samsel; sisters, Brenda Biddy, Sandra Brown, and Burlene Clayton.

Survivors include a sister, Lynda Day; special friends, Michael and Charlotte Green; several wonderful nieces & nephews.

Graveside services will be 11am Monday, August 10, 2020 in the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 9:30am – 10:30am. At the funeral home.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
