Louise Howell

Helen Louise Howell, 89 of Rossville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 in Rosewood assisted living facility.

Louise was born the 24th of July 1931 in Sale Creek, TN and graduated from Soddy Daisy High School. She spent most of her life in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. Louise was a dedicated member of Lakeview First Baptist Church and a member of the choir. She worked as a book keeper for several local companies including ACT Business Machines. Louise was a member of the Pocahontas Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and served as the secretary for many years and was also elected Worthy Matron. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling with her late husband, Boyd.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd V. Howell; parents, Roy Thomas and Beatrice Holmes Roberts; sister, Billie Ruth Roberts Tait; and brother, Jim Luther Roberts.

Survivors include her brother-in-law, Harold (Harriet) Howell; and nephews: Dr. David (Becca) Tait and Roy Lee Roberts.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 14th, 2020 at 2pm in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Patrick Cooper officiating. Entombment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lakeview First Baptist Church at 10 Hudson St. Rossville, GA 30741.
