Mary E. (Smith) Murray

Mary E. Murray, 98, of Rossville passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019.

She was retired from Peerless Mills and a member of Delray Baptist Church for over 41 years. Mary enjoyed gospel singing, watching television and loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Murray and daughter, Sharon Raulston; two sisters and two brothers. 

Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Dan) Oliver; sons, Kenneth and Dewayne Murray; 7 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Pastor Lavone Powell officiating.  Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral at 1:00 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
