Nancy Sue Cummings

Nancy Sue Cummings, 77 of Rossville, passed away Friday, May 22nd in a local healthcare facility.

Nancy was born in Graysville, GA and lived in the North Georgia and Chattanooga areas. She attended Ringgold High School and was of the Baptist faith. Nancy greatly enjoyed making beaded jewelry, going to the Senior Center, reading her Bible, spending time with her grandchildren, and attending services at Philadelphia Baptist Church.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Herman K. Cummings; parents, Roy and Ruby Lawson; and brothers, Leroy and Kenneth Lawson.

Survivors include her children: Sandra (Leonard) White, Lisa (David) Davis, and Angie (Wayne) Parden; sister, Jean Powers; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 28th at 1pm in the South Crest Chapel with webcasting available on Lane’s website. Interment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
