Paul Donald Bratten

Paul Donald Bratten, 88 of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, November 6th, 2020 in a local hospital.

Paul was born in Winchester, TN but had been a resident of East Ridge, TN for the past 63 yrs. After high school he attended MTSU and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.  Paul was employed as Chief Budget Officer by TVA until retirement.  He loved all sports and served his community for years by coaching East Ridge Boys Baseball teams. 

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Anna Ruth Bratten; parents; John and Alice Bratten; sisters: Ruth Ray and Dela May Arnold; brothers: John Ervin Bratten, Limuel Bratten, and Ralph Bratten; and stepson, Ben Clarkson. 

He is survived by his daughter, Donna Mehta; stepson, Ike Clarkson; and nephew, Charles Bratten.

Due to the current health pandemic, memorial services will be held at a later date.
