Ronald "Ronnie" Dale Young

Ronald “Ronnie” Dale Young, 67 of East Ridge, TN, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 in his home.

Ronnie was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and East Ridge area. He attended Red Bank Junior High School and Kirkman High School. Ronnie and his wife were owner/operators of Care Free Vinyl Siding in Chattanooga for over 30 years. Ronnie was a member of Joyful Sound Church of God and was a gospel singer with The Revelators for over ten years. His passions in life were God, going to yard sales and flea markets, and singing gospel music.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Young; parents, Glen and Lillian Young; two brothers, David and Joe Young; and granddaughter, Skylar Young.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Sandra Young; children, Jesse (Amy) Young, Raymond (Jeannie) Mosier, Robert (Michelle) Mosier, and Tina (Chuck) Wagner, and Hailey Morgan; brothers, Michael (Gloria) Young and Robert (Kathy) Young; sisters, Sheila (Ted) Styron and Jennifer (Chuck) Jenkins; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 11th at 11:00am in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Reverend James Barker officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4-8pm and Sunday from 12-8pm in the South Crest chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
