Timothy “Tim” David Willoughby, 53, of East Ridge passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at his home. Tim was a Computer Die Maker Designer for Lookout Valley Tool and Machine for the past 25 years. He became a Christian at a young age and was a member of the Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga. Tim was an Eagle Scout and he loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed cooking, watching cooking shows, and he loved his dog, “Gidget”.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Greg Willoughby; grandparents, J.R. and Margaret Willoughby and Frank and Frances Roberts; and father-in-law, Ernest Neal, Jr.
Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Deborah Willoughby; children, Kimberly (James) Townsend, Jacolyn Willoughby, and Stephen Neal; parents, Robert and Frankie Willoughby; brothers, Chris (Shan) Willoughby and James Willoughby; grandchildren, James Gregory Townsend and Ella Merle Townsend; niece, Baylee Willoughby; and many family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Spring City, TN on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. with Reverend Paul Forgey officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the church.
