Tom Peterson

Tom Peterson, 91, of Chickamauga, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 7, 2019.

Tom was born on May 23, 1928 in Woodstation, GA. He enjoyed traveling, riding his exercise bike, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with his family.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie James and Florence Peterson, 2 sisters, Louise Blevins and Jamie Brown, 2 brothers, Harlan Peterson and J L Peterson.

Survivors include daughters, Barbara (Barry) Dodd, Sheila (Mike) Dodd, Teresa Goins, Tracy (Ray) Thrasher. A brother, Claude (Edith) Peterson. 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Special friend Elizabeth.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
