Tommie Cordell Davis

Reverend Tommie Cordell “Tom” Davis, 80, of Jamestown, TN passed away on September 26, 2020 but had lived in Chattanooga for 34 years.

Rev. Davis was the pastor of Temple Bible Methodist Church for 34 years.  He served in the United States Army and was a custodian at the Air National Guard.  He enjoyed gardening and playing Solitaire.

Rev. Davis was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Lora (Smith) Davis; 1st wife, Wanda (Smith) Davis; 2nd wife, Judy (Zimmerman) Davis; brother, David Davis.

Survivors include his children, Regina Gray, Robin Davis, Jerry (Paula) Davis, Lance (Dafnie) Davis, Lynette (Matthew) Holmbeck; brother, Walter (Maudeen) Davis; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 4:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday 10:00-11:00 a.m.  Service will be on Wednesday, 11:00 am at the South Crest Chapel.

Interment will be on Thursday, 3:00pm EST at the Fentress Memorial Gardens in Jamestown, TN.

Officiating will be Rev. Walter Hedstrom, Rev. John Parker and Rev. Rob Cravens.

Arrangements are by the Lane South Crest Chapel and Crematory, Rossville, GA
