Viola Rebekah (Robertson) Kirklen

Viola Robertson Kirklen, 73, of Rossville passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at a local hospital.  Mrs. Kirklen was a lifelong resident of the Rossville area, was of the Baptist faith, and she had worked for several years at H&L Cleaners in Rossville.  Mrs. Kirklen loved camping, fishing, traveling, spending time in Florida, and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Jesse Robertson; two brothers, Forest Robertson and Sonny Lewis; and sister, Laverne Hughes.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Kirklen; daughter, Tammy (Jackie) Watson; son, Kennie Underwood; step-children, Patty (Gary) Worley and Angela (Randal) Raines; brother, Sammy (Katherine) Robertson; two grandchildren, Rachel (Taylor) Brown and Jacob Schneider; one great granddaughter, Sadey Schneider; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 3:00p.m. with Pastor Gary Swaggerty officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
