Wendy Darlene (Wright) Hartline

Wendy D. Hartline, 51 of Wildwood, GA passed away Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 in a local hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Wendy was born and raised in the Chattanooga area and graduated from Hixson High School. She enjoyed writing poetry and wrote a book entitled “Friday the 13th, My Lucky Day.” Wendy’s passion in life was photography; she could capture the spirit of someone in a single photo whether it be a candid photo or a portrait. Wendy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she lived life to its fullest. “She found interesting in everything.” If Wendy could give us one last word of advice it would probably be, “Keep reaching for the interesting and make time for the positive.”

Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Wright; mother, Donna Ostro; step-son, Anthony Farris; and nephew, Joshua Geraldson.

Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Rickey Hartline, Sr.; daughter, Vanessa Wright; step children: Sara Norris, Amanda Hartline, Rickey Hartline, Jr., and Felicia Terry; grandchildren: Trill, Dinero, Handsome, and Pinella Wright; siblings: Cindy Christian, Tammy Levi, and Mike Grant; and nieces, Stephanie Burson and Mackenzie Christian.
