Wilma Jean Carter, 55, of Rossville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday September 2, 2018.

She was a member of the Ringgold SDA Church. Wilma is survived by her sister Jacqueline Carter, daughter, Monica Barnes and grandsons Joseph and Jacob.
