Jerry Lee Eledge, 65, of Georgetown, Tennessee, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014.
A native and longtime resident of the Chattanooga area, Mr. Eledge was a co-owner of Eledge Wood Flooring and a member of Covenant Baptist Church in Cleveland, TN. He loved hunting, fishing, and dancing, and was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford & Daisy Eledge, sons, Clifford & Terry Lee Eledge, & sister, Teresa Thompson.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Kay Eledge; children, Elizabeth McCary, Chattanooga, Virginia Peters, Tunnel Hill, & Jerry Lee Eledge, Jr., Chattanooga; step-children, Paul Blevins, Mook Brown, & Sharane Brown, all of Georgetown; eight grandchildren, five sisters, one brother, several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 12:00 noon in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Gary Higgins officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
